The Walt Disney Concert Hall

Walt Disney Concert Hall was designed by architect Frank Gehry in 1987 and first opened its doors on October 24, 2003. The project began when Lillian Disney, widow of Walt Disney, donated $50 million dollars to have the structure built in his name (so cute). It is home to the famous Los Angeles Philharmonic Orchestra as well as the Los Angeles Master Chorale. It is located on Grand Ave, a few blocks away from our very own MOCA Grand location!
